At Leading Edge Insulation Services, we install fireproofing to help protect buildings from losing structural integrity in high heat. Our products meet the fire protection needs of various commercial structures—both steel and concrete. Additionally, our trained professionals understand proper equipment use, water ratios, and hose distances to ensure precise and effective application.

Fireproofing Process

We apply fireproofing using a dry spray method. This method covers key structural components, including:

• Door assemblies
• Beams and joists
• Columns
• Roof assemblies
• Walls and partitions

Depending on the project, we may add mechanical reinforcement, primer, or adhesive. However, these are not always required and are determined by the site’s specific needs.

Furthermore, the jobsite must maintain a minimum temperature of 40°F (4°C) before, during, and for 24 hours after installation to ensure proper curing and long-term performance.
